Hello everyone. I would normally be going to Wednesday night Bible study now but it is canceled due to winter weather. I wish winter would go away....
This coming Sunday through Friday, I will be ministering at Trinity Assembly of God in Nicholson, Pennsylvania. Pastor Kevin Compton and I had a great conversation on the phone today about the upcoming services. He wants Pentecostal messages and power presented and I am more than happy to oblige. Please pray that the power of God would come and touch all who will be in attendance. Also, please pray that I'll have safe travels for I will be commuting back and forth every day.
Open doors and closed doors. It's been interesting so far in scheduling my ministry for services in 2009. Doors that had been opened to me in the past were closed at this point. But God is an amazing God and somehow He has opened up ministry opportunities in places that I never saw coming. When one door is closed, Jesus can very easily open a new one. That's a good thought to keep tucked away when you don't know what's going on in life.
May the Lord open many doors of opportunities in your life.

He Who Provides
Good morning everyone. It's sunny but cold outside. I'm looking forward to the warm up this weekend.
This coming Saturday and Sunday, I will be ministering at Calvary Assembly of God in Stottville, New York. On Saturday, I will be speaking twice at a ladies rally that will be during the day and on Sunday to the entire church. Please pray that the Lord will minister to the women at the event and to the all who will be in attendance on Sunday. God wants to touch our hearts.
Is anybody else very tired of hearing how "bad" our economy is. It seems that every time I turn on the news (many times, I'll just turn it off now) someone is predicting our doomsday. Now I'm not saying we shouldn't be careful with our money. After all, we have been entrusted by our Lord to be good stewards of what He has placed in our hands. I guess what I'm trying to say is as believers, we are living not just in our country's economy but under God's economy. I try to encourage myself with that thought every now and then and I want to remind you who stand firm in your faith. Jesus is our provider. May we trust in His provision today.
