Ready To Go Again

Good morning. The snow is falling and we will be getting a big snow storm here in northeastern Pennsylvania today.

This coming Sunday and Monday, I will be ministering at the Hancock Assembly of God in Hancock, Maryland. I am looking forward to sharing the Word of God at this church once again. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will touch, challenge and change lives through the messages that will be preached. Also, pray that my journey will be safe, there and back.

It's a joy to be traveling again after the snow canceling a couple speaking engagements earlier in the year. Last Sunday was a marvelous day in God's house. In the morning, several people were saved or recommitted their lives to Christ and in the evening, 5 or 6 people were baptized in the Holy Spirit. It is truly wonderful to minister and watch God's power change lives. Your prayers play a vital part in what is accomplished.

Ellenville in the Winter

Good morning everyone. It is another cloudy and cold winter day.

This coming Sunday, I will be ministering at the Ellenville Assembly of God in Ellenville, New York. Pastor Brenda Cates has extended an invitation for me to come and also wants me to preach on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Please pray that people will experience this much needed Pentecostal infilling in their lives.

I've been reading through the Psalms. In several of the Psalms, the Bible talks about singing unto the Lord. I'm thankful for the song that the Lord puts into my heart. I think of the old hymn that states, "I have a song that Jesus gave me. It was sent from heaven above. Their never was a sweeter melody than the melody of love." Funny how some of those old hymns stick in my memory. Those words are true. Jesus gives a song that no one can take away. May His song play in your heart today.

Off To Harrisburg

Good morning everyone. I am thankful for another winter day without snow.

This coming Friday through Sunday, I will minister at Capital City Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. On Friday and Sunday, I will minister to the entire church and on Saturday, I will speak at a ladies meeting. Please pray that the Lord will touch, save and challenge those who will attend. This church has been praying for these meetings so I am expecting the Lord to do great things. Also, please pray that the weather won't be too bad. A snow storm is predicted for this weekend. I would also appreciate your prayers as I travel.

I'm reading through the Book of Acts. Paul the Apostle was such an incredible man. He boldly went where no man has gone before to bring the gospel message. He labored diligently for the kingdom of God. His life inspires me to continue to be faithful in my service to the King. May that be each of our desires today.
