Hello everyone. Rain and dreariness is on the agenda today outside.
This coming Sunday, I will be ministering at Mill City Assembly of God where my friends, Pastors Jim and Dorothy Rugg lead this wonderful congregation. Please pray that the presence of the Lord will come in a mighty way. Pray that people will respond to the Word of God and allow its truth to penetrate into their innermost being. The Word and the Spirit bring power, grace and truth.
I'm still working my way through the Minor Prophets. I read this verse this morning from Zechariah 7:9 "Execute true justice, Show mercy and compassion everyone to his brother." People today, both in and out of the church, simply need a word of encouragement to help them through the day. I have determined to be an encourager, to offer words of compassion to those around me. If we simply offered our fellow believers uplifting and edifying words, how much better would their day go. So, let me encourage you today by saying how much I appreciate your prayers for this ministry. You are part of this ministry and someday in heaven, you will reap the rewards.
