Please ignore the last e-mail I sent about preaching in New England. That's where I just was the past few days. I accidentally hit the wrong e-mail to send for this coming week. Strike it up to having a "blonde moment".
This coming week, I will preach at my favorite church, which just happens to be my home church, the Green Ridge Assembly of God in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I am so thankful to have a Lead Pastor, David Twiss who willingly shares his pulpit with me numerous times through out the year. Just tonight, he told me to preach in the Sunday night service too. I'm very excited about the message I will preach on Sunday morning for it summarizes what the Lord has been doing in my life for the past several months. Let's just say, I can hardly wait to see what the Lord will do. Please pray that the words of Hope will burst forth in people's lives. Pray that Jesus will draw souls to Him.
I had a lovely drive home from New Hampshire this morning. The mountains and the trees just spoke forth of how majestic our Lord is. Isaiah 55:12 says,
"For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace;
The mountains and the hills
Shall break forth into singing before you,
And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands." (NKJV)
If the trees can clap their hands in praise of the Lord, how much more should we who are filled with the joy and peace of Jesus. Bravo, Jesus! Bravo!
May your day be filled with the presence of the Lord.
