Cutting grass is becoming a regular past time of mine. At least it was dry enough to get it done.
This coming Sunday through Wednesday, I will be ministering at Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania. Please pray that the Lord will bless these services. Mother's Day tends to bring out extra people to the service so pray that their lives will be touched by the gospel message.
I'm reading through 1 Chronicles. To be honest, I don't enjoy reading the genealogies but I know that all of the Bible is inspired by God so I do read them. In the midst of these long lists of names, there is a wonderful verse in 1 Chronicles 5:20 which says "He answered their prayers, because they trusted in him." I hope that when you and I pray, we believe that God has the power to answer our cries for help. He is able and He is willing.
May your trust in Jesus be strong and true.
